Installed Capacity of Grid-Connected Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems by User Type

The total installed capacity of grid-connected solar PV systems was 2,093 MWp as at end Q4 2025. This was a 7% (or 130.4 MWp) increase from the preceding quarter.

The private sector contributed to majority of the solar PV capacity (65.0% or 1,359.6 MWp), followed by town councils & public housing common services (22.8% or 476.7 MWp). The remaining PV capacity contributions were from public service agencies (6.8% or 141.8 MWp) and residential sector (5.5% or 115.3 MWp).
