At EMA, we regularly conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gain valuable insights into consumers’ experiences in the Open Electricity Market and their satisfaction levels with their retailer. This survey allows consumers to provide feedback on various aspects, including the switching process and their satisfaction with their retailer’s service level.
Retailer Ratings
To assist residential consumers in making informed decisions about their choice of retailer, we have implemented a customer satisfaction rating system. This rating system uses a 5-point scale, with 5 stars representing the highest level of satisfaction obtained. The ratings are determined by analysing the Consumer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) responses from consumers who have contracted with each retailer.
When selecting a retailer, consumers can take these ratings into consideration to guide their decision-making process.
