We set the baseline for participating households based on your average electricity usage over the last 3 months (baseline).
Participants are encouraged to reduce your electricity usage and achieve the event target, which is a 20% reduction from your baseline.
Participating households will be notified through the SP app at least 30 minutes before the start of each 'live' event.
You will earn rewards in the form of earnings if you successfully reduce your usage to meet your event target stated on the challenge page during the 'live' event.
