Can I still participate if I miss the ‘live’ event push notification?

Participants can refer to the home page of their SP app, which will show a countdown timer one hour before the event. If participants miss the notification, the ‘live’ event will still take place.

Once the event goes ‘live,’ they will see the event status as ‘LIVE’ on both the SP app home page as well as their Household Demand Response Pilot challenge page screen.
